Pick up Orders Policy
PICK UP ORDER POLICY
Customers must pick up their in-store pickup orders within 30 days of placing the order.
Unclaimed orders:
Any order not pick up within the 30-days will be donated to charity.
Orders that are donated to charity due to non-pickup will not be eligible for refunds or store credits.
For purchases with in-store pick up you have 7 days since the order is made to return or exchange your item/s.
Only store credit will be issued, we do not offer full refunds.
Items returned or exchanged must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original package.
We will need original receipt for proof of the transaction.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for Pick Up. If you had a special request please contact us first and let us know.
