PICK UP ORDER POLICY
- For purchases with in-store pick up you have 7 days since the order is made to return or exchange your item/s.
- Only store credit will be issued, we do not offer full refunds.
- Items returned or exchanged must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original package.
- We will need original receipt for proof of the transaction.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for Pick Up. If you had a special request please contact us first and let us know.
- Each customer is responsible for their order. If their pick up pieces are not collected for more than 30 days they will be put up for sale and you will only be refunded 50% of your total purchase to your original payment method.
