Returns and exchanges
- Only a store credit will be issued for returns.
- Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order has been delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 7 day grace period, worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Accessories (Bags + Jewelry + Intimates (Bralettes), Seamless Collection, Shoes, Candles & SALE items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchanged.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
